Hello, I’m Kurt Kuhlman,    an experienced real estate professional proudly affiliated with the Weichert Realtors® Long Beach Island office in Ship Bottom, NJ.

I spent many summers growing up on LBI, and many years as a Lifefguard is Surf City, and bartender at the old Joe Pops Shore Bar. A resident of Brant Beach in 1992.

Homeowners  and sellers choose  me  hands down because of my 50 plus years experience in resort property  rental management, and resort rentals, lease writing ability, construction and project management expertise, knowledge of the island, a licensed realtor since 1995.

   An expert in coastal construction, flooding and the building codes I am able to assist with construction project management and determine which home repairs should be undertaken to maximize profits to the seller or their estate. With an acute eye for project costs, and an expert in mortgage financing, I can answer most questions  that will arise, and will aggressively hunt for those I do not. As a licensed Chief Building Official extensively involved with complex Structural Engineering reviews and projects, I am able assist you with challenges that may arise.

With a strong background in client service, negotiation, and strategic problem-solving, I bring a thoughtful, results-driven approach to every real estate transaction.  I do understand timelines, and the necessity to hit targets, benchmarks, and results!
